PROCESSING TIME/CONTACT: All items are made to order and will ship within 3-5 business days. We consider business days to be Monday-Friday, and we will be unavailable for email responses or shipping during the weekend. Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. Each item is given 24 hours to cure once accents are painted before they can be packaged for shipping.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Due to the handmade nature of the product and that the items are made upon receiving order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if you have an issue with your item once received due to damages occurred during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Pictures of the damaged items will be requested.

SHIPPING: Shipping time and delays are set by the USPS, and unfortunately out of our control. Customer is responsible for accuracy of shipping address. Thank you for reviewing your order and information before checkout.

CUSTOM ORDERS: At this time, custom orders are not being accepted, however, we would love to offer this service in the future.

FINAL PRODUCT: The final product that you receive may differ in color due to a variety of reasons. Our products are made to order, so the final products are all unique and one of a kind. The accent paints available may differ slightly than what was photographed in the listing photo. The nature of the paints that we use being multi-dimensional may catch light different in photos than how they are perceived in real life. Individual screen settings on your device may also alter the actual color of the product being viewed.

Our designs are created digitally beginning from a blank page by using graphic designs (never AI images), printed on 100% cotton watercolor paper, then accents are hand painted with watercolor and acrylic paints to bring the images to life offering a multi dimensional effect. Images are printed on the front side of card, leaving the back side of the card blank for your own personal message. Our company logo will be on the back of the card. Every 5x7 card will include a complementary gold trimmed envelope. Color of envelope may vary in color based on availability/season/or holiday. Envelope color will be picked by us.
